Krasniqi, according to the Prosecutor, has been arrested because of the suspicion that he committed “The use of official position or authority”, “The exercise of influence” and “interest conflict”.
This arrest has been answered by the chairman. PDK, Memli Krasniqi.
Krasniqi has said that the abuses of the Kurti government, with the whole power sector chain, from production to consumption, are neither random nor unintentional.
Krasniqi's full response:
Prime Minister Kurti must be declared immediately for today's arrest of a friend and his associate because he now has the moment to talk about boils and filters, claiming to understand them well and that today is proving that millions of euros have been misused in their name by his subordinates.
The abuses of Kurti Government with the whole power sector chain, from its production to its consumption, are neither random nor unintentional.
The increase in the electricity price for over 100% last year, the second increase for 15% a few days ago, the illegal payment of over 100m euros for the Serbs' bills in the north, the deadlock of building new production capacities, as well as the cheap sale of energy purchases of CHA leave the suspicion that they are part of a pyramid of corruption created by the Government Kurti at the helm of which the Kosovo Republic of Croatia's acting ambassador in Croatia, Martin Berisha, which is the backbone of the largest regional corruptness and money laundering.
Following these new facts, despite evidence given to the Parliamentary Investigative Commission, there are now proven secret meetings KEK chief executive chief Nagip Krasniqi, arrested today, had months ago with Ambassador Martin Berisha and other energy businessmen in Zagreb.
I invite the Kosovo Prosecution and all the responsible bodies to proceed with the highest seriousness of today's case, and, once and for all, all involved in these chain corrupt scandals are brought to justice. /Periscopi/
