Locked contracts weighing over 80m euros on which Nagip Krasniqi stamps

No doubt about the million contracts the chief KEK awarded without publication. It is over 80m euros that Krasniqi gave directly in just one year, and for less than ten tenders.
The biggest tender a source weighs 56m euros and concerns modernising B1 and B2 turbines.
The next contract, which was granted without negotiation, has to do with design, supply and performance of jobs related to the trade-offs of B1 and B2 in TC Kosova B, amounts to over 15m euros.
Without the contract's publication, another 8.4m euros were provided for the capital repair of a furnace and 2.2m more for production, equipment related to caddaja B1 and B2 dilemmas.
All these procurement activities have been conducted in closed procedure, which according to Article 35 of the Procure Law is used only in cases of extreme emergencies.

In early February of this year's Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) signed contracts of over 3.4m euros with the company “Litwin SA”. The work this company had to do and local partner “Bujar B. Shala B.I.” It was for the referendum of turbines and the A5 Unit generator of TC “Kosovo A”.
The contract was negotiated and it was fast. Until the call itself was announced on January 27, 2023, the announcement that the contract was made on February 3rd.
This contract was expected to bring this block back to work early in April 2023.
While the conpania “Litwin SA” was also in the race in a tender cancelled earlier but to repair the A5 block, the BBB company. Shala B.I., according to the latest update at the Business Agency, turns out to be registered on January 25th 2022, and primary activity has “There's no contact number.


The A5th block of thermal power plants “Kosovo A” had been out of office since July 19th 2022.
The attempt to remont the A5 Unit had begun since August 2022. The open-procedure tender for the A5 unit capital remont, announced at the end of August, had failed because there had been no bidder, so the second tender was opened with negotiated procedure.
For the A5 unit remont, KEK has undergone the negotiated procedure with several operators. The A5th block of thermal power plant “Kosovo A” has a capacity of 210 megawatts per hour.
KEK has opened two tenders for this bloc's capital remont, which is out of office but only with the opening of the tender with negotiated procedure has managed to sign the contract. /Insander/
