Fatmir Limaj, indicated in “Debat Plus”, that he asked Rugova in 199, that “a you thought we could come to this point that war could come”.

Rugova, according to Limaj, had replied this way: “Yes as a no, the first action we have done for organising the ministry of law and defence, but for a week we were imprisoned by people, and I have no days of what, we have security, what people we have within”.

Limaj said former President Rugova had started organising war during the 1990s, 91 and 92, but had failed because of the arrests of people who worked within the defence ministry and order at the time.

“Rugova started this job, 90th, 91st and 92, but dump without starting it, went into secret service. Do you know when they're imprisoned, police people, and the ministry of law and defence? All the people who are adjourned, within the defence ministry, were arrested within a week, President” told me, Limaj said.
