LDK: Kurti government will be remembered to have violated the constitution mostly

On the 15th anniversary of the Kosovo Constitution, the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) considers that the current government led by Prime Minister Albin Kurti is the executive, mostly violating this important legal document. Democratic League of Kosovo headship member Xhafer Tahiri listed some of the constitutional violations by the Kurti Government [...]
Democratic League of Kosovo headship member Xhafer Tahiri as he listed some of the constitutional violations by the Kurti Government in these two years of government said that this government cabinet does not respect even Constitutional Court decisions.
According to him, this document, which is the umbrella of all freedoms and rights in Kosovo, should be respected by all institutions indiscriminately.
The LDK's Tahiri also stressed that with these actions this government has lost its legitimacy.
Tahiri from the LDK stressed that Kurti Government will be remembered that it has largely violated the Kosovo Constitution.
“This is the government that has largely violated the Constitution and a recivilist government earlier when the Constitution has been violated, those who have been found to have violated the Constitution have resigned, have set a good precedent for at least respecting the Constitutional Court's decisions, this government not only is violating the Constitutional Court's decisions, but is also failing to respect the Constitutional Court's decisions, and that made it doubly harmful to bringing this government in proportion with fundamental principles of rule of law in a society”, he said.
Tahiri added that the current executive, not respecting the Constitution, but also the Constitutional Court's decisions, wants to show they are above two institutions.
The Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo was adopted on April 9, 2008, and has entered into force on June 15, 2008.
