He underlined the need for the basic agreement with Serbia, but also the annex of implementation to be implemented without delay and in full.

I am always ready for high-level meetings, which are organised with the ease or mediation of the European Union. The next meeting will be held in Brussels as usual, with which cases should be discussed, as well as the Brussels Agreement and the Ohrid implementation annex, which is integral part, will be implemented without delay and without full 87x1>, he said.

Speaking of yesterday's elections in the four northern municipalities, Kurti said the fierce blackmail campaign and the threat of Belgrade affected the low exits of citizens in the north.

However, Kurti congratulated the candidates for mayor of northern municipalities, until he said he expects the rapid consolidation of municipal institutions there.

On the other hand, Kurt stressed that he has not regretted being prime minister, until he was asked if he regretted having this position rather than that of the chief prosecutor, referring to Kurt's criticism of the justice system.

Kurti made these comments after participating in the signing of several understanding agreements between the University of Iowa and some public universities in Kosovo for the start of activity supported by USAID partnership with the private sector for strengthening higher education.

The European Union's Emisari, Miroslav Lajcak, has said that at the May 2nd meeting, the issue of forming the Association of Serb majority municipalities will also be considered, with what he has asked the parties to go to Brussels prepared.
