Kurti stressed the importance of holding these elections.
“As a constitutional and legal obligation, but also as a procedure and democratic legitimacy for citizens' service institutions. The need for normal functioning of the system and state institutions made it necessary to hold elections.”, the Kosovo Government's Public Communications Office announced.
