He has indicated that Serbia through propaganda is trying to intimidate local Serbs in the north from participating in the elections.
However, he has called on all Kosovo Serbs in the north to come to the polls.
Kurti has also talked about the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, with which cases, has called for full implementation of the basic agreement with Serbia.
Kurt's comments were made after the establishment of the cornerstone of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency facility.
