The elections for mayor in Kosovo's four northern municipalities and for municipal municipalities in two sos were held yesterday quietly and without incident. I thank the CEC for organising, Kosovo police for security and citizens for their support. The atmosphere was that of intimidation and blackmail, and even the release of citizens to elections was low.
