He congratulated the elected, while saying that their side would be the Government of that they “should work with dedication and serve indiscriminately”.
The elections for mayor in Kosovo's four northern municipalities and for municipal municipalities in two sos were held yesterday quietly and without incident. I thank the CEC for organising, Kosovo police for security and citizens for their support. The atmosphere was that of intimidation and blackmail, and even the release of citizens to elections was low. Boyotti was imposed by Belgrade's threatening official campaign and his criminal instruments on the ground in the north. I thank the citizens for the courage and tranquillity”, Kurti wrote on Facebook.
