Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi, at the Kosovo Assembly session, has said it is the true face of Kurti Government over two years is the country's depopulation.
Krasniqi stressed that over the past two years, 107,310 citizens have left the country, in exile for a better life.
“Over the past two years, on average 147 people a day leave Kosovo to seek a better life away. On average, over 1,000 citizens a week. So during your two years of governance, 107,310 Kosovo citizens have fled Kosovo. Not as tourists, but as exiles who have lost hope and confidence in the prospect our country can offer. Young and young, by themselves and by family. From the village and town, from every corner of Kosovo. Unemployed and employed. Doctors and teachers. Nurse and architect. Bank engineers. From every social category”, the head of the group said PDK.
Krasniqi invited Prime Minister Kurti to be able to explain about 100,000 families whose children have fled during his rule, what successes he has achieved for the past two years.
Kosovo is empty. Our country is being populated. Our families are getting smaller. This is the true face of your rule, Prime Minister. This unprecedented migration speaks well than people and families are pleased with your work. Whatever the Prime Minister is talking about today is of no value. Don't mess with us here in the House. Tell them about 100 thousand families who have fled your children during your rule what success you have achieved in governing and how well you have improved your”, Krasniqi said.
