He has said the Constitution is Kosovo's highest judicial act and the reflection of Kosovo society's contemporary values.
According to Krasniqi, 15 years after Kosovo has a Government and prime minister who have often taken anti-unconstitutional action and “have tried to affect the integrity of justice institutions”.
Unfortunately, today we have a prime minister and many ministers who have sometimes taken anti-unconstitutional action, from trying to bring it under control and to violate the integrity of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Georgia's intervention in local level competencies, as well as the violation of citizens' freedom of movement during the pandemic, of a series of other violations that are being considered by the Constitutional Court”, he wrote on Facebook.
Krasniqi voiced confidence that his party would remain committed to protecting and preserving this essential act of citizenship of the Republic, denouncing any action that conflicts with our fundamental provisions and constitutional order.
