“The Ministry of Justice, through the State Lawyer, together with Squire Patton Boggs' defence team, have won the next victory for Kosovo in international arbitration, defeating Blerim Devolli's claims against the Republic of Kosovo. Through a lawsuit handed down to the International Court of Arbitrazhi near the International Chamber of Commerce in March 2020, Mr. Devolli had demanded compensation of at least 45m euros from the Republic of Kosovo as a result of claims to expropriate Dardafon.net, the virtual mobile network operator in Kosovo, Mr. Devolli. A few days ago, the Arbitrazhi International Tribunal has issued a decision rejecting Mr. Devolli and ordering the latter to repay the Republic of Kosovo over 1.3m euros in the name of procedure spending”, Kurti wrote.
Among other things, chief executive wrote that even “Bender Selmani”, and “LuteCredit”, have resulted in full victories, and the shared value, totaling 145m euros.
