On Twitter, the Saudi Embassy in Albania found that Kosovo and Albania will allow visa-free access to travellers from Saudi Arabia with a valid passport by 31 December this year.
The same rules in Albania apply to citizens from Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Thailand, today write Arab media.
For Northern Macedonia, the embassy said a Macedonian visa is required, or a Schengen visa, American, British or Australian, provided it is very accessible.
The EU is also working to remove the visa regime for citizens from Gulf states.
