Bulgarian recognition of political developments in the Western Balkans, Anton Pancev, considers Kosovo's decision to hold elections in the north of widowhood despite the Serb list boycott right! Analyst expects Serbia not to implement the agreements, so it says Kosovo should not allow association with executive company.
Bulgarian political analyst in the Western Balkans Anton Pancev appreciates Kosovo's position on holding April 23rd elections in four municipalities in the country's north, despite Serb List boycott
Pancev: Elections must be held according to Kosovo laws.
Known and such as Albanologist Pancev, says Serbia well knows that after the Ohrid Agreement it cannot allow unrest.
Pancev: There will be unrest in the north.
But on the other hand it is distrustful that Serbia will implement agreement reached with Kosovo
Pancev: I am skeptical of implementing the agreement on Serbia's part.
Anton Pancev expects Kosovo to prevent association with the Executive Competence.
Pancev: Kosovo should not allow association to have executive competency. The Republic of Kosovo must strictly follow its laws and all must be resolved according to the Constitution and the laws of Kosovo, not according to political, geopolitical desires and external pressures. Only then will Kosovo develop as a sovereign and completely independent state.
I think we will still see the scenarios of Serb extremists in Kosovo, but I believe that now they will not have so much power to cause turmoil.
Egrad now claims to have accepted the deal, but I do not believe in the sincerity of Vucic. They will use all possible tools for delaying implementation of the agreement and will accuse Kosovo of not implementing agreements, mainly for association”
Serbian representatives will insist that elements -- articles -- be introduced in this statute that are contrary to the Kosovo Constitution and cannot be allowed naturally by Kosovo authorities.
On April 23rd in Kosovo, extraordinary elections will be held in northern Mitrovica, Leposavic, Zvecan and Zubin Potok, following the resignations of the mayors of these municipalities in November 2022.
The elections in the north were originally scheduled for December 18th, 2022, but were postponed after incidents and inadequacy for their organisation.
