The Kosovo Privatisation Agency has opened the public declaration for renting 214 attractive assets found in the five regions of Kosovo. In the Pristina region, 20 assets, in the region of Pec 91 assets, in the Prizren region of 75 social properties, in the region of Gjilan 12 assets and 15 agricultural and commercial assets are rented in the Mitrovica region.
The public announcement is open since today, while the delivery and opening of bids and the publishing of prices will take place by the date 04.05.23 in the AKP's respective regional offices: Pristina, Peja, Prizren, Gjilan and Mitrovica, while for the assets of NSh “Metaliku”, the site of the ready-fabric product, located on the RR. Gjergj Karaqi p.n Gjakova, covering 2,526m2, submitting and opening bids will be made at the AKP Central Office.
This is a favourable case for entrepreneurs to operate their companies in assets that have been rented by the AKP, as they are offered for the use of attractive assets, starting from land, warehouses, office spaces, shops, administrative facilities, etc.
The rental period is in one year with the possibility of continuing. Its suspension in the event of privatisation is also envisioned. Offers are made individually for each separate entity and with closed envelopes (an envelope offering for a unit), delivered to the Regional Respect Offices, as stated in the statement.
In cases of renting in value over 1,000 months, prior to the signing of the contract will be required by the winning bidder to bring bank guarantees (not bank commitments) or guarantees issued by the licensed Insurance Company. The guarantee should be up to the value of six (6) monthly rents under the contract.
For delivery of the offer, the Formulari must be used for delivery of the Oferta, which can be taken to the Regional Respect Offices as mentioned in the proclamation, or downloaded from the web site: www.pak-x.org. The criteria for selecting the winning bidder of the respective entities will be the price of the highest bid.
The bids will be accepted in the Regional Respect Offices with 04.05.23 from 10:00 .1200 in envelopes for each separate entity, while envelopes will open 15 minutes after delivery, at 12:15. Offers via fax or email will not be accepted.
