In addition to providing security during the election process, the operational plan has preceded the initialisation and prosecution of every criminal act against the right of voting and undertaking all procedure/penal measures against anyone who conflicts with the country's laws, in co-operation and co-ordination with the CEC and the State Prosecutor, but has so far not had any reported case”.
Kosovo's “Police remain committed to ensuring constitutional order, creating a safe and secure environment for all citizens, conveying sensitive material and until the completion of the entire elections process”, the report said.
