An 81-year-old man who allegedly caused the accident, writes the newspaper Blick.ch in handcuffs.
He allegedly left the scene following the accident.
The young doctor from Kosovo at the time of the serious event was helping another person who had been hit on this highway.
The 30-year-old from the village of Topanica, has studied dentistry.
He had settled in Switzerland six years earlier with his wife, with whom there are three daughters.
