Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Jaku Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi have just been declared innocent of the amended version of the indictment.
The prosecutor of the case has read the amended indictment, which charges them with crimes against humanity through persecution, imprisonment, other inhuman acts, torture, murder and disappearances, as well as war crimes of arrest and illegal or arbitrary detention, cruel treatment, torture and murder.
Four said they were innocent of all points of the indictment.
“I understand the indictment, I am completely innocent”, Thaci stressed.

Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi also stated.
“I am innocent at all points of the indictment”, Selimi said.
