How Did Crime Happen?

About four o'clock in the morning, the 43-year-old author shot his brother's wife while she wasn't sleeping in the sleeping hole with her 2-year-old daughter. Then he went out into the courtyard of his private residence with his brother's family and two parents. That's where he shot himself.

Witness on the scene is a waiter from a local club near the crime scene. He told Roland Sinan he shot twice in the air and then pointed a gun at the waiter and a girl who was there. After the threat of weapons, they both fled.

Then the waiter says he heard the next shot and approached the scene where he saw Roland Sinan lying on the ground.
