KEK tender even on Bajrami's day

On the public procurement site today, the announcement of signing a contract has been published: “Blerance of services for monitoring design implementation, supply and handling of jobs related to the B1 and B2 telcoclations in TC Kosova B.

The tender has been implemented with negotiated procedure. Thus, KEK has avoided free competition in this event.
The contract is signed with Greek company “T UV H ELAS (TUVNORD) SA”, worth 628,425,00 euros.

Through this KEK contract, it is intended to engage a company to oversee the project in terms of improving the state of the B1 and B2 furnace disposal.
The contractor that will implement this project is tasked with designing the final design of all necessary jobs and materials for implementation in the country. The final design will be designed on the basis of preliminary design documentation, which is designed by an EU contractor who in later stages will implement the DNOX project. The EU office in 2021 specifically engaged a contractor to draft the documentation of the preliminary design that will define all necessary steps and activities that need to be implemented to improve the current state of the B1 and B2 range. The project of jobs related to the B1 and B2 operations is planned to be implemented before the implementation of the DeNoxić project in the furnace. The DeNOx project includes implementation of primary and secondary measures (SNCR method) on both Caldation B1 and B2. The Constitutional Court in Pristina has assigned the month-long detention measure to KEK director Nagip Krasniqi, arrested under suspicion of corruption. The Constitutional Court's announcement of the detention of Kransic mentions three criminal acts allegedly allegedly the KEK director.
According to the tribunal, the defendant Nagip Krasniqi allegedly committed the criminal act “the misuse of official position or authority” by Article 414 paragraph 2 related to KPRK's paragraph 1, “impact recovery” by Article 424 paragraph 1 of KPRK, “the abuse of official position or authority<5> from Article 414, 2 over paragraph 1 of KPRK and <6> interest <x> in paragraph 417 with regard to 166th of the Kosovo Penal Code 1.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
