Because even if it is a low voter turnout, these elections will not be legitimate, and that is precisely why Haradinaj has sought to postpone. The elections in the north are scheduled to be held on April 23rd. While the Serbian List has declared they will not run, since, according to them, they have not met the conditions for which the institutions have issued.
