The Special Court in The Hague has also closed today's court hearing against former KLA leaders.
The chairman of the court, Charles Smith, said the next session will be held tomorrow at 09 a.m., at which Jakup Krasniqi's defense will make the opening statement in the trial.
The “here closes today's public session. We're re-connecting tomorrow at 0900 to follow up with Mr. President's entry statement. Krasniqi”, the chief judge said.
On Monday, the trial against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi, began with the prosecution's opening statement.
Today, Thaci's lawyers, Selimi's Veselins, gave their protective word to the court. Thaci and Selimi chose to say a few words themselves.
