Japan's Foreign Minister Yoshimas Hayashi, under the meetings in Brussels, met with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, writes Anadolu.
Hayashi said the Japanese government has promised to provide $7.6 billion in assistance that includes different sectors for Ukraine in which Russia continues its attacks.
Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, who will head the G-7 Leaderial Summit due in May, has invited Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky to participate online in the summit.
