Gacka stressed that leaders and commanders of a liberation movement are being falsely charged as war criminals.
Kosovo's war on independence cannot be rewritten. We respect the principle of equality before the law and the court that has been created with the decision of the Kosovo Parliament, but given the charges that led to this special court by the will of those today who have been taken up to clear Kosovo of this stain.
