James Rubin during his visit to the Balkans, do I avoid Kosovo?

For several days Rubin will visit Montenegro and Northern Macedonia, but not Kosovo.

The State Department has not indicated why the US official will not stop in Kosovo.

At the State Department decoration, the reasons for Rubin's visit to Podgorica and Skopje were announced.

“in Podgorica and Skopje, special envoy Rubin will meet with government officials to strengthen support for initiatives against dezinformation.
