Meanwhile, Serbia's only candidate, Slavica Pantovic, received 5 votes in the race for Zvecan leader.
Pantovic today had gone to vote with police escorts, while a Kosovo Police patrol was deployed in front of her home due to threats she had received.
The race for the first of Leposavic won the Vetevendosje Movement Lulzim Hetem by 100 votes, while for the first of Zvecan, Ilir Peci of PDK with 114 votes.
