Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has announced a few days ago on the collection of signatures at the Council of Europe Assembly for a new resolution on the 2011 resolution, in which charges have been brought against the KLA for trafficking in human organs have been filed. According to Idrizaj, such an initiative should be supported.

On the other hand, he has indicated a suggestion for the Albanian delegation, which he says has been through official routes.

Idrizi has said it is already clear that all was a Serbia effort and not only.
“Albania's Albania and Parliament are doing the right thing, because even after so long, the time has come for the Council of Europe and those who recorded this result to see that nothing is proven, but now, we know it has been an attempt by Serbia, Russia and their prosecutors, precisely to tarnish the KLA's” liberation war, he has declared.
The 2011 resolution 1781 is based on Dick Martyt, where it allegedly was “committed serious crimes during the conflict in Kosovo, including human organs trafficking. These crimes had so far remained unpunished and had not been the subject of any serious investigation” and, as a result, the Special Court formed.
Rama's announcement came on the day the trial has begun against former UCK leaders Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi.
