Hoti after the protection of KEK's power director: Are these potentially corrupt relationships related to persons further and higher?

Former Kosovo Prime Minister and LDK deputy Avdullah Hoti has said that the power response to yesterday's KEK arrests will have implications on Kosovo's journey towards membership in the Council of Europe and even the European Union. Hoti has said the EU country report and reports [...]
Hoti has said that the EU country report and other important international reports will record this majority behaviour in Kosovo on possible corruption related arrests.
These reactions should be said to be unprecedented, Hoti adds. He adds that this behaviour also questions reform in justice.
“This behavior questions “the election” reform in justice. With this behavior, this majority has lost credibility for any reform it attempts to do in justice.
A power trying to undermine justice undermine democracy. All of us should show our respect and support for justice officials for their actions in preventing possible non-legal acts at KEK. With this action, justice in Kosovo is shown to be functional, uninhibited and courageous. Of course, everyone is innocent until proven otherwise. Policy respect for justice is shown with support and demand for justice. Respect is also shown by keeping your mouth shut”, he writes among other things.
Full response:
The power response for yesterday's KEK-day arrests -- criticising and threatening the prosecution's body, not supporting it and demanding effective justice -- will have implications on Kosovo's path towards membership this year in the Council of Europe and tomorrow in the European Union. I am sure that the EU country report and other key international reports will record this majority behaviour in Kosovo by very negative marks on possible corruption related arrests. These reactions should be said to be unprecedented.
Why all this fear of investigating potential corrupt relationships? Why is the prosecution's body attacked by Pristina and Tirana, and the possible corruption act is not condemned and justice is not required? Are these potentially corrupt relationships related to persons further and higher?
