The former prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, has named <x0joserious>” the behaviour of the majority, which was smaller in number at today's session.
Many independent institutions and government agencies have remained without leadership because of the prime minister's insistence on putting his hands everywhere in public service” said among other things Hoti.
He said Kurt, where he can't interfere, is trying to change the laws.
This is Hoti's full status:
Today the Kosovo Assembly session was canceled in the absence of quorum. This majority behavior is inconsistent. There are points on the agenda waiting for months, including the election of leaders and boards of independent institutions.
Many independent institutions and government agencies have been left without leaders because of the prime minister's insistence on putting his hands everywhere in public service.
Where there is no possibility, he is trying to change laws, as he experienced with the Law for the Prosecutorial Council and the Law for the Independent Council of Civil Service. In both cases, the Constitutional Court found there has been constitutional violations. The same will happen to several other laws in the Constitutional Court, including the Law for Public Officials and the Law on Price Limitation.
