Zemaj has said that the LDK seeks justice for the pragmatic killings that still remain unresolved.

He has said he must be answered by the evils that have occurred in post-war Kosovo.
We have been here even when special courts were established, when EULEX, Unicnik and Kosovo justice has failed. Now we must leave it to justice. There must be an answer to the evils that have occurred in post-war Kosovo”, he has declared.
Zemaj has stressed that the LDK has never interfered with justice.
“The LDK is a serious subject for respecting law and law. There's never a word that he's got an interface to justice”, he's declared.
