First Witness begins answering Thaci's defence questions
(Responsed, 10:06) -- the first Witness in the case against former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders (UÇK), former President Hashim Thaci, former Prime Ministers Kadri Veselin and Jakup Krasniqi, as well as ex-Deputes Rexhep Selimi, has continued giving testimony Wednesday, answering Hashim Thaci's defence questions.
The session is continuing in private session, reports “The Justice Trust”.
Otherwise, during yesterday's session, the witness has answered SPS questions, which the session has also been held in private session.
Meanwhile, before the witness was presented in the hall, Thaci's defender, lawyer Luka Misethic, has delivered a new material test, which was not rejected by the SPS and was later accepted by the court.
