Democratic League of Kosovo Vice President Lutfi Haziri has said it is “of disturbing concern” about how the government has made some anti-unconstitutional decisions over two years.
Haziri said the executive has also failed to implement a number of Constitutional Court judgments.
“On the 15th anniversary of the ratification of the Republic Constitution, the highest judicial act of the state, unfortunately we have a Government that within two years has made anti-unconstitutional decisions in some cases, and this is extremely disturbing”, Haziri wrote on Facebook.
“also failed to implement a number of Constitutional Court decisions. Politicalists should have the Constitution as guidance for democratic values and guiding principles, while citizens are guaranteed freedom with equal rights for each”, he added.
Eventually, Haziri mentioned the popular call “from the time of resistance and political uprising”.
“We do not forget the general call from the time of resistance and political uprising: Republic, Constitution, here's a grace of war! ”, he wrote.
