“I am commenting on the rulings of the Supreme Court because for me it is unacceptable that a person who is sentenced to life in prison, so easily released from the case”, Haxhiu said in the address given in the Parliament for the two-year government's work.
Commenting on the Supreme One's decision, Haxhiu has said reforms initiated by the government are important and that citizens most need needs.
Let me once again express my concern for an announcement just made public by the Supreme Court. The person sentenced from the first instance - to life sentence, Naser Pajazitaj, and the second to 35 years sentence - has been acquitted of prosecution by the Supreme Court”, she said.
Today, the Supreme Court has acquitted Naser Pajazitaj of killing Donjeta Pajazitaj in November 2015, in the Decani Bjeshks.
