It has linked this to Serbia's recent campaign, so that Kosovo's application to the Council of Europe is not accepted.
“There is no dilemma that Serbia has violated D IRECT points 4 of the Brussels Agreement by voting against Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe, and INDIREKT by lobbiing to other states to undermine membership as such. In Hungary, Spain, and Romania, Cyprus, they have not wavered at all from their non-recognitional registed stance respecting Serbia's request to respect (according to them) “Serbia's integrity and sovereignty.” That's not all; you remember how Serbia not long before the Brussels/Ohr Agreement was signed, sent official letters to EU states to vote against Kosovo membership and never formally withdrew from its requirements put forward to those”.
The violation Serbia has committed, according to her, should immediately reflect on its European integration processes.
Kosovo also needs to commit more diplomatically to deepen interoperability with non-recognitional EU states, which itself have unanimously voted the Franco-German (European) plan in December last year at the Council of Ministers. It is the ideal moment for Kosovo's constructiveity in the Brussels Agreement and Serbia's continuing violations to be fully exploited in diplomatic action in favour of the Republic of Kosovo, and not just within the EU!”.
