Every attempt by the ruling party not to respect the court's decisions leads the country into political and institutional crisis and presents serious human rights violations. Popular spirit and propaganda cannot take place in the history of Kosovo democracy, created by citizens of this republic”, has written Halim on Facebook.
Halimi said violations of the Constitution are imposed in this government, as well as anti-unconstitutional public discurs.
“Over such a brief period of the mandate of this power, we have not only continued violations of the Republic Constitution, but also the anti-unconstitutional public discurs”, it added.
