Following Djukanovic's fall in Montenegro, the only obstacle to the creation of the Serbian World remains Vjosa Osmani and Albin Kurti.
The often disguised Serbian world as the Open Balkans, with its tentacles, with Serbian political parties in neighbouring countries, but also acts within Kosovo, Montenegrin, Macedonian and Albanian local parties, and through Russia will work to destabilise the Balkans, and will sabotage any European peace accords.
