Gruda i PDK: Government Kurti poorest from post-war, agreement with Serbia conflicts with Constitution

“Government Kurti is the weakest government Kosovo has had since the post-war. It has broken down all good governance standards built in Kosovo and after independence”, has praised Progress Gruda, Justice Department co-ordinator under the cabinet for Good Governance (KQM) in the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Gruda has [...]
Gruda has said the only thing that worked on Kurti's run government in two years has been propaganda to cover the huge failures.
The government that has the lowest level of capital investments is the government that has largely violated Kosovo's constitution, is the government that has betrayed all promises it has given to its voters. Two years of this government is two years of Kosovo's recession in all areas. The only thing that has worked for this two years is government propaganda in an effort to cover the huge failures”, Gruda told the newspaper “Scanner”.
In addition, Gruda has called Kurti Government initiative the Justice Ministry for justice system reforms failed, respectively.
The government has lost two years in mistaking, without political consensus, without consulting the international factor and without professionally approaching this process”, Gruda has said.
In addition, Gruda has commented on the agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia. He has estimated that this agreement is contrary to the Kosovo Constitution.
This agreement conflicts with the Constitution of Kosovo and the 2015 Constitutional Court's Act on Association. This is because with this agreement, autonomy is created for the Serbs in Kosovo and an organ is created that goes far beyond the 2013 agreement on Association, and much beyond the constitutional lines that regulate local governance and intercommunal co-operation”, Gruda has said.
