Government Reforming, Analysts Have made recommendations on which ministers should be changed

The Kosovo government, led by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, according to analysts, has shown no results in any dictatorship, so reform is needed as soon as possible, Online Economy reports. They even feel that no work that power has accomplished during the half of the term can be isolated. Politologist Fidan Ukaj told Economy Online that in this [...]
Politologist Fidan Ukaj told the Online Economy that in this period only one propaganda has been observed against the 20-year past, adding that it cannot establish anything concrete.
“In fact, if we take it as a whole I haven't seen a job that we can set apart to the entire government, the whole institution or there can't be a minister we can single out, from a dictatorship of this government, more has been a management of situations and a broken propaganda and the accusation of the 20-year-old past for abuse, corruption and where I know, than a focus of prime minister and ministers on the work they've taken and won by the civic vote, said Ukaj.
Ukaj pointed out that health is in heavy straits, especially with massive doctor escape.
And we've seen it, but it's certainly been a lot of government failures, but it's certainly going to be the same, it's the same situation, say from the past, we've had great promises that there's going to be enough coverage of the essential list of drugs, the situation is the same, I believe that each one of us has had a chance to go to our hospitals and see that there's no change, but let's also forget that in terms of energy we've been pretty bad and such a state continues to be generally given all new, all areas have had no improvement and there've been no change.
Like Ukaj, another political analyst, Arbnor Sadiku, who for EO said there are ministries who have worked as the local Regional Development Power.
Since the other minister, according to him, has failed to meet the targets, but the budget has not been spent either.
We've actually had a real job of some ministries that have been like saying this a little bit smaller, for example, given the realisation of the work plan for example is the Ministry of Local Power, the Ministry of Regional Development and some other ministries, while we have ministries that are unfortunately bigger than the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Environment, let's say the other ministries like the Internal Affairs, for example, the Ministry of Defence and so on have had as to say a real business plan, but let's say, not to the expectations that the prime minister has been waiting in the past, and the government is actually in the future, because there are some conditions that are actually in front of the court of justice, and there are some that are actually some of the government that are, and some that are, and the more constitutional laws that are actually, in fact, and there are, and there are some that are, and there are, and the constitutional laws in fact. At the same time, we have had no realisation of the budget, let's say in the Ministry of Environment and Infrastructure, the Ministry of Trade and Trade, the budget accomplished for 2 years has been very small, let's say 30% or 40% that is not a satisfactory performance in terms of realisation and achievement of”, Sadiku told EO.
Sadiku added that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not worked at all, because for two years there is no recognition of membership in international organisations.
“We were really looking at the real realisation of the work plan we saw that the ministries that were the Regional Development Ministry, the Ministry of Management of Government Local Power, have accomplished the work plan in the period of 70 or 80% somewhere, go up to 90 or 100%, while other ministries especially the Ministry of Infrastructural leaves much to wish for, the Ministry of Intervention and Trade, then we have many problems in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where for two years we still have no recognition for the Republic of Kosovo or membership in one of international organisations like U. NESTO, INTERPOL or even EUROOPOL or many other international organisations”, Sadiku said.
