Kosovo's top diplomat, Donika Grovalla-Schharz, who is representing Kosovo, initially complained that she has been denied her request to give the speech in Albanian by the UN president.
In these conditions Gervala has launched her English speech in contrast with Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, who was defeated in the Serbian speech.
“While Dachic spoke here in the language of his majority state instead of English, I also want to speak in Albanian, the language spoken in my country, Kosovo. Unfortunately, the president rejected my request.”, Gervala said.

The majority Serb municipality association and its failure to implement it for ten years by the state of Kosovo had the lead in his address to the Security Council, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, for which he said it is also the prerequisite for implementing the Ohrid Agreement for normalisation of relations. The Serbian Communists Association must either become now or there will be no other kind of agreement”, he said.
