As Bild writes, fear UJ-22 rose in Ukraine on Sunday afternoon. It is the most modern Ukrainian vehicle without a medium-range pilot operating at a distance of up to 500 miles [800 km], broadcasting Telegragraphy.
The target was reportedly a newly constructed industrial park near Moscow, which Putin was scheduled to visit that day. Before he got to Rudnevo Park, the fear fell.
Ukrainian activist Yuri Romanenko, who reportedly has close ties to Kiev's intelligence services, claimed responsibility for the attack on a letter.
Last week, our intelligence officers received information about Putin's trip to Rudevo industrial park. So our kamikaz fear was lifted, which went through all of the Russian Federation's air defenses and crashed not far from industrial park”, he wrote, adding, “Putin, we are closer to you”.
Several Russian media reported a UJ-22 drop near the village of Voroskogo, in eastern Moscow. The crash site is about 20 kilometers east of Rudnevo industrial park.
The images indicate that the drone contained 30 clicks of C4 explosive with a total weight of 17 kilos. M112 explosive cargo is used, among other things, by the American Army and Canadian Armed Forces.
Putin's correspondent in the Kremlin, Pavel Zarub, said Sunday morning that the president plans to visit an industrial park in Moscow. He has not specified when exactly the visit will take place. Citizens in the park on Sunday have posted pictures of gray lawns in front of the main building sprinkled with green paint.
However, it remained unclear whether the head of the Russian state wanted to visit the industrial park on Sunday or Monday. For security reasons, Putin's visits sometimes take place a day before or after the announcement.
Apparently, Putin didn't show up in the park. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday: Russian Vice President Vladimir Putin is working on the Kremlin. The head of state is not planning any major public event”.
Ukrainian analyst Sergei Sumlen told Bild: “It is clear that an exact attack on the head of the Russian state with a Kamikaz threat is an almost impossible mission. But the very fact that such fear reached the place Putin plans to visit is a slap in the face of Russian dictator”.
