According to Chadack, if Rugova were as if Zelenxy today, the KLA war would take on enormous proportions. He has said Kosovo was forced to accept the agreement because of lack of weapons.
Chadrac when he talks about Hashim Thaci, the paper in the super-level, saying that if God is in heaven, Hashim Thaci is down for Kosovo.

He has said Rugova had been oriented for a solution by democratic means, but says it is seen that such a thing is not possible today with Serbia.
“Rugova has been oriented with democratic methods. We even today can't separate by democratic means”, he said.
