File with prosecutor's claims against KEK chief

Pristina's foundation court has assigned a month's detention to KEK chief chief Nagip Krasniqi. According to the prosecution, allegations are that the defendant in this case chief KEK chief has been illegally charged with selling the electricity with the goal of enrichment.

Nagip Krasniqi is charged with illegally binding contracts with several economic operators among them Little SA.
According to the case prosecutor, KEK's chief chief, suspected by 2022, has misused his official office.

Always according to the prosecution, the chief chief chief had postponed his dependence on signing contracts in the concrete case to the chief of the prosecution, even though the prosecutor had announced the recommendation for annulment of the contract.

The evidence that has been used is photo documentation and other material evidence.
The prosecutor has suggested that in this case, most of them subordinate Krasniqi.
All these claims have been rejected by Krasniqi's defence, Taulant Feriz.
The defence has stated that “none of the conditions for the detention measure is met, and the request for the appointment of this measure on the part of the prosecution is completely unbased and does not receive on the basis of any single evidence which would prove the fulfilment of the conditions in question“.
KEK chief chief chief Nagip Kransiqi will remain in custody until 19 May.
