Excavations for Association: These are two red lines that will never be breached

The “Red Years for Association are violation of sovereignty, as well as violating the functionality of the Republic of Kosovo. These are two points that in any form of negotiations with internationals we will not allow to be violated”, said Minister Donika Grovall.

She added that there is no pledge of Kosovo institutions in implementing association with those executive elements that violate state functionality.

On the contrary, according to her, there is a pledge to find a format where municipalities with the Serbian Majority could be organised, which does not violate the country's sovereignty and functionality, because “these are preconditions that we have entered into negotiations”.

And for the 5 non-recognition states of the state, Minister Gervala said no one can guarantee their recognition, because they are sovereign states, but which guaranteed its maximum efforts for achieving recognition by, at least, the four NATO member states. /rtk
