Ojamo Janne added that the signing ceremony will follow Wednesday afternoon at 14:45.
The final adoption of the Assembly will be announced tomorrow, Tuesday 18/4, at the plenary session (launching around 12:00 CEST). Voting is not necessary at this stage, and the signing ceremony will continue Wednesday afternoon at 14,4518x1>, he said.
Janne added that there will be more details about the procedure.

We remember that, since 2018, the European Commission has declared that Kosovo has met the conditions for visa liberalisation, however, the process was not further taken to other EU woes. For this reason, there has been disappointment among citizens over the years, but with the actual steps taken by EU institutions now bringing the end of this stream to a real one.
