Gabriel Escobar will stay in Tirana at 11 April to 13 April with a busy agenda.
It is learned that he will first meet with Prime Minister Edi Rama and President Bajram Begaj, while from the opposition he will meet with representatives of the official democratic party, Enkeleed Alibeaj, as commanded chairman.
