With the exception of a witness the prosecution has admitted he was wrong in identifying Wessel, according to Emmerson, there is no one else who says to see Wessel doing anything.
There is no one among thousands of witnesses interviewed by the prosecution who would claim to have seen Kadri Wessel do anything, even slightly inappropriate. There is no witness who claims to have seen him present at any time where he claims to have committed any crime. There is no evidence that he has authorized or promoted any crime, or any criminal policy, that he has ever received any reporting of any crime committed, or that he has ever played any role in the events that have led to any crime”, Emmerson said.
