Case for elections in the north: Temporary solution, Serbs are being used by an Ottoman regime.

The minister for Kthim and Community, Nenad Rassic, has spoken of the April 23rd elections that were held this Sunday in the country's northern municipalities.

He, at a media conference after the government meeting, has said that only a temporary solution has now been reached.

Rassic has said those who are trying to derail what has been achieved so far on the path to reconciliation will hurt Kosovo Serbs themselves.

According to him, Serbs are being used by an Ottoman regime.

This is a temporary solution, I think, because normal is that in each system it is not preferred that two, three, or four percent vote in a democratic process. You know yourself that this has not only happened, but it is a planning or continuation of the misuse of Serbs in Kosovo by an Ottoman regime that uses Serbs as a means of achieving its goals and in terms of people.
