The elections in the north -- Elez: No information and arguments if provided enough security

So says security connoisseur Bedri Elez. He added that there is no information and no arguments have been given that sufficient election insurance can be provided in this part.
According to him, the elections must be analyzed again and then organized.
“We have really seen that the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo have planned to organise free elections in northern Mitrovica, but in fact we have no information or yet any arguments that have been presented by competent institutions if enough security has been provided to organise these <x1) elections.
We need to keep in mind a fact that any activity that violates Kosovo's security should necessarily be annulled if there is an eventual threat to the escalation of the security situation, especially when we consider the last activities we had in northern Mitrovica, by burning cars and by having various citizens who can eventually be loyal to Kosovo institutions, participating in the last” elections.
So I remember that at the moment we don't seem to have enough evidence that our security institutions have the opportunity to organise free elections, to offer enough security to all participants in this election or even members who will organise this election, and therefore I think or remember that maybe the election issue should be analysed once again to organise those<1>.
Elez said the invitation by Serbian government officials last days encourages criminal groups not to allow elections to be held.
The “essentially the invitation of government officials of Serbia, for nonparticipation in this election, has several messages, the first encourages criminal groups which are organised for the failure of these elections and the second means the support of citizens as Serbia's state institution, that they will have the eventual support from any other structure in the event they do not participate in elections, as well as the third issue of those who will eventually embrace these elections, will be outside the umbrella of security as institutions of the Republic of Serbia<1> said Elezez.
