How Election Process Goes Sunday in Four municipalities in North-False Security connoisseurs

On Sunday, April 23rd, citizens of four municipalities in the north will turn to ballot boxes to elect future mayors who will rule with northern Mitrovica, Zvecanin, Zubin Potok and Leposavicin. And when there are less than 48 hours left to hold elections in the country's north, police [...]
And when there are less than 48 hours to hold elections in the country's north, Kosovo Police have indicated that based on its operational planning and co-ordination with representatives of competent institutions, including the Central Election Commission (KQZ), they have undertaken all actions and measures under the mandate and legal authorisations for co-ordinating activities, with the aim of providing security and management of the election process in Kosovo's northern municipalities.
Regarding the security situation and election day, on April 23rd, the security field connoisseur Fadil Kajazi and Avni Islami have spoken.
Security recogniser Fadil Kajazi stressed that citizens in the country's north are terrorised by the pressures the Serbian government makes.
He said life in the north of the country is developing in terms of a state terror.
The Serbian Government, which through organised terrorist groups terrorizes the Serb population there, and those parts of other communities that live there, unfortunately. Life develops in the terms of a state terror organised by the Government of Serbia for its political security”, he said.
Cateazi said the legitimate organs of the Republic of Kosovo do not have enough capacity to establish the law in the north.
And as for the possibility of straining the situation in the north on election day, Cajtazi estimated that “is a poor, tense situation which strains even more elections, which is a legal means through which the Government of Kosovo is trying to put power, order and law there. This does not represent the Government of Serbia and will try not to allow the elections to be held, to pressure those who have managed to withdraw from the elections, and there will be cases of manifestation of violence... there may be attacks on polling stations, there will be attacks on citizens”.
He said the most the state of Kosovo can do is organise police presence at all polling stations.
“The battle takes place on the psychological level, and here the government of Kosovo has little capacity to influence, and therefore we say that these elections can be followed by tension”, Cajtazi pwr Telegrafi said, among other things.
While, Professor Avni Islami said that in the elections to be held on April 23rd, there may be any diaspora incidents. He stressed that the international community is interested in holding elections in four northern municipalities.
The election issue in the four northern municipalities took place because of the Serbian List's resignation from Kosovo institutions, Belgrade-backed political decision. The international community was against holding them last time the elections were envisioned. Now in these elections the international community is interested, because without elections being held there is no way to form Kosovo institutions, and exclusively is the association of municipalities because Serbia is not interested in implementing any agreement.”, Islami has said.
The security connoisseur said he does not expect major and pronounced incidents, but there may be some minor incidents.
So, for holding elections on Sunday, the QUNT came out to support the election because it has to be held, because there's an institutional vacuum there. I expect the elections to remain calm, even though there may be any spored incidents that are organised by various criminal groups, the Serbian List, which is under the control of Aleksandar Vucinqi”, praised Islam.
Otherwise, days ago the embassies of France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States of America have expressed regret over the Serbian List's decision not to participate in the 23 April elections, which will be held in four municipalities in northern Kosovo.
QU The INT wants elections in the north to be held peacefully and fairly.
