He spoke several days before Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, meet in Brussels.
Stano has not commented on the criticism Serbian leaders have made for local elections held in Kosovo's north.
He has said that on 2 May, the parties will hold a high-level meeting, with the mediation of high representative Josep Borrell as well as the special one for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.
“This meeting will focus on implementing the agreement on the road to normalisation of relations between Serbia and Kosovo, and the parties are expected to adopt the declaration of missing persons as the first point of the agenda, and this will be followed by the presentation of the first draft state of the majority Serb municipalities in Kosovo and discussion about this”, Stano has said.
The next meeting between Kosovo and Serbia, with the European Union's mediation, will be held 2 May at the European helm.
This comes after a month ago the parties met in Ohrid, where they agreed on the annex of the agreement reached in Brussels. / KP
