Dodik denies Srebrenica massacre, US reacts

The American Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina estimated today that Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, as always, is wrong when he claims in Srebrenica, no genocide occurred in July 1995. The odds of this tragedy are backed by flawless forensic evidence and other evidence, and they have been proven beyond any doubt by international courts”, the US Embassy said in BiH.
They stressed that the embattled “conceptions, full of prejudices about Srebrenica and other sensitive topics do not help the citizens of Republika Srpska”, reports Serbian medium N1.
RS President Milorad Dodik, reacting to the American Embassy's statement in Bosnia and Herzegovina, said the decisions of international courts for events in Srebrenica “cannot be taken as final truth”, because, as he said, a very long list of crimes committed in the world that have not been prosecuted by any court, including the crimes committed by accomplices of (American Ambassador) Michael Murphy outside US limit”, broadcast Klanosovas.
Dodik also said the US does not recognise the jurisdiction of the international court for its citizens, but that for it, the same courts are relevant to other countries, Republika Srpska Radio Television (RTRS) reported.
He once again estimated that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a deeply dysfunctional and failed “country and that there is a mentality in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina subject to foreign tutors”.
Dodik once again rejected the legitimacy of the High Representative, Christian Schmidt.
He (Schmidt) is threatening something, talking about what we should do, talking about genocide and coming from a country whose countrymen previously committed the worst crimes in the world”, he said.
According to him, Germany is a place to be respected economically, but that “can be preached”.
“either way not Serbs, the people who, with their ideology, killed almost half the population in two <x1) wars, Dodik said.
On July 11, 1995, Bosnian Serb forces entered Srebrenica, the area declared secure by the United Nations. In the days that followed, Serbian forces have killed over 8,000 Muslim men and boys, while their troops have thrown them into pits in surrounding forests.
Murders have occurred in a few days, but the process of finding troops has taken years and the identification and burial of bones continues.
The Srebrenica massacre, which took place five months before the end of the war in Bosnia, has been named the worst in Europe since the end of World War II, while The Hague International Court has been recognised as genocide.
